New era for top property awards

The prestigious Your Move Property Awards will be bigger than ever in 2016 as it relaunches to become the North West Property Awards (NWPAs).

The event has already become an important fixture on the Merseyside industry’s calendar of events, but now it’s set to broaden its reach to celebrate residential and commercial property achievements across the whole of the North West.

Estate and letting agencies, law firms, developers and apprentices will be given a platform to showcase their work and achievements when a glittering awards ceremony takes place on 20 October.

Created by Move Publishing Ltd, which publishes Your Move and the region’s commercial property magazine Move Commercial, the awards are now entering their 13th year.

Kim O’Brien, director of Move Publishing, says: “For 13 years, the property awards have acted as an indicator of the quality and drive within Merseyside’s property industry. The time is right to launch a refreshed and re-energised NWPAs into the North West.

“There has been a high level of demand for businesses outside of Merseyside to be involved and have the chance to win one of the prestigious awards. The expansion of the NWPA’s reflects the thriving property sector in the North West and we’re excited to welcome entries for 2016.”

Awards will be presented across 12 categories this year including Best Affordable Home, Show Home of the Year, Property Apprentice, Best Student Landlord and Residential Property Agency of the Year.

Prior to the ceremony, being held at Lutyens Crypt in Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral, a distinguished panel of judges will choose the winners.

Entries will open on Friday 12 February. For a full list of categories and details of how to enter visit www.nwpas.com.
