Mexican eatery plans ‘grab & go’ offering

Pancho’s Burritos is planning a new ‘grab and go’ offering on Wood Street.

The Mexican street food chain wants to open up the rear of its Bold Street restaurant to serve those on the move.

Pancho’s Liverpool branch became the company’s fourth UK opening back in March – joining two restaurants in Manchester and one in Leeds.

According to plans submitted to Liverpool City Council, the changes to the building will bring “positive changes to an existing façade of poor quality”.
