House hunters in Liverpool can glimpse inside the city’s new Castle Hey development this weekend.
An open day will take place at the rental apartment complex on Harrington Street on Saturday 9 June.
From 10am until 12pm, visitors will be able to view the six-floor city centre building’s one-bedroom apartments and studios, find out more about the properties and make reservations.
The 33-home development, which includes sound proofing technology and secure fobbed access among its features, is said to be aimed at the city’s workers.
Debra Beach, branch manager at Keppie Massie Residential which is marketing the homes, says: “The aim is to establish a community in the heart of the city for those who keep it running smoothly.”
Castle Hey takes its name from the historic church once based at the site, which was also a hub for local traders and the urban workforce.
