Multi-award winning music bar Maida Vale is set to open in Liverpool’s Cavern Quarter later this month.
The nightspot, which first opened in Sheffield four years ago, has chosen Temple Court for its newest venue.
Revellers are being told to expect live music, DJs and a mix of mod, ska, soul, funk, indie and Britpop when it opens on Saturday 25 August.
Gavin Richards, managing director of Quantum Leisure Ltd – the company behind the venue, says: “After Maida Vale’s success in Sheffield over the past four years we can’t wait to open our new venue in Liverpool.
“The Cavern Quarter is internationally renowned for its musical heritage and we’re thrilled about becoming a part of it.”
Maida Vale Liverpool will be open from 5pm on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays and from midday on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The venue is set to bring a variety of regular live music and DJ events to the city centre six nights a week including Rockaoke and prize giveaways.
