American-style diner Moose Coffee is set to replace Lox & Caper on Hanover Street.
Popular brunch venue Lox recently vacated its space in the Merseyside Youth Association (MYA) building after three years.
Your Move understands Moose, which already has three branches in the Liverpool City region and one in Manchester, will open a pop-up in around five weeks time.
The pop-up will initially appear on a temporary basis with the possibility of a more permanent offering being discussed.
Nick and Kathy van Breemen opened the first Moose Coffee on College Road in Crosby in 2006 after being inspired by their travels across North America.
The couple’s second opening in the Queen Insurance Buildings on Dale Street has proved one of the most successful with hungry customers regularly queuing out onto the street for a table.
Even Hollywood stars have been impressed by the hearty options on offer with Tom Hardy visiting the city centre diner with his wife in 2015.
We were thrilled to see Tom Hardy & Charlotte Riley in our Dale St store today!
