Halloween parade and the last chance to see Liverpool Biennial
HALLOWEEN | Katumba Halloween Parade to travel through the city
Liverpool city centre is in for a feast of fun and frights on Saturday night (27 October) as the drum ensemble Katumba leads a Halloween parade.
The spooky route begins at 9pm in front of Sainsbury’s on the corner of Bold Street and Renshaw Street before continuing down Bold Street, Slater Street, Wood Street, Roe Alley, David Lewis Street, Seel Street, crossing Hanover Street, travelling through Liverpool ONE and ending with a big finale near Mathew Street and the Metquarter.
ART | Last chance to see Liverpool Biennial
The city will bid farewell to this year’s contemporary art festival on Sunday (28 October) so don’t miss your chance to catch the ‘Beautiful World, Where Are You?’ themed programme.
Plus there’s a Liverpool Biennial 2018 Closing Party at Camp and Furnace on Saturday (27 October), and the public is invited to throw rocks at Chou Yu-Cheng’s sculptural installation at St George’s Hall when its final activation takes place on Sunday (28 October).
