A new Liverpool restaurant that boasts Steven Gerrard among its investors will open its doors for the first time in June.
Vincent Café and Cocktail Bar will open in Exchange Flags in the business district in mid-to-late June, according to the team behind the venue.
The 190-seat restaurant will serve a mix of British and international dishes including Gringo Sushi, a meat alternative to fish. It will open at 8am for breakfast and will serve lunches, after-work cocktails and dinners in the evenings, and at weekends will host a guest pianist.
The venue will also boast a private dining area with a 60-inch television screen for businesses and VIP guests.
Paul Adams, owner of The Vincent Hotel in Southport, is bringing the concept to Liverpool with the help of investment from former Liverpool Football Club and England captain Steven Gerrard.
He says: “The Vincent Café and Cocktail Bar is something new – it is in a fantastic location – and I am hoping it will be a great success.
“The concept of offering everything from breakfast, through to brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, evening dinner and cocktails, provides people with choice which is what is so important in modern society. I feel it is something, which is well suited to Liverpool.
