The Clothes Show returning to Liverpool

The Clothes Show will return to Liverpool next year with organisers promising an “exclusive shopping experience just in time for Christmas”.

The event, which took place as the British Style Collective presented by The Clothes Show this July, will take over St George’s Hall and the Liverpool Empire in October.

Visitors to the three-day event (19-21 October) can expect designer catwalks, inside fashion talks from industry experts, shopping in the designer showroom’s featuring pieces from top designer names and selected boutique labels, a vintage market, as well as access to a range of premium beauty brands and pop-up beauty bars.

Every ticket to the show will also include entry to the Empire for ‘The Fashion Theatre’ – a 45-minute performance which will feature live music acts, dancers, models.

Nicola Darling, show manager, says: We are extremely excited to get our plans underway for next year’s event and bring the show to life once again in Liverpool.

“Following feedback from our visitors and exhibitors, the new pre-Christmas date line, at the start of the new academic year, is the preferred time of year and will also allow us to further support our educational audience.”

Wendy Simon, assistant mayor for culture, adds: “It was great to welcome The Clothes Show to Liverpool in 2017 and we can’t wait for it to come back next year. 2018 is a big year as we celebrate 10 years since being European Capital of Culture, and in a city which loves fashion this event is a perfect fit.”
