Urban Decay to open its first Liverpool makeup boutique

Renowned makeup brand Urban Decay is to open its first Liverpool boutique in the city centre in time for Christmas.

Fans of the California beauty brand will be able to buy its collections from a new Liverpool ONE store on the corner of Paradise Street and Peter’s Lane within the retail and leisure complex.

Urban Decay has previously only been available to city shoppers through concessions within other stores, however the brand is now preparing to join chocolatier Lindt and stationery specialists Smiggle as the former USC shop is divided into three new separate retailers.

Ahead of Urban Decay’s arrival in the city, UK and Ireland general manager Isabel Malbois says: “Liverpool ladies are known for their love of makeup and have been incredibly loyal to the Urban Decay brand over the years.

“We are absolutely delighted to announce the opening of the ultimate destination for beauty junkies in the very heart of Liverpool.

“The Urban Decay boutique in Liverpool will represent everything the UD brand is known for: feminine, a little dangerous and a lot of fun!”

The announcement follows the recent news that Liverpool ONE will be welcoming a new standalone Jack Wolfskin store in October, selling outdoor clothing and equipment.
