Liverpool-based property agency Redwing has been appointed by Davos Property Developments to deliver Simpson House – a new Build-to-Rent scheme in the Baltic Triangle.
Due for completion in November, Simpson House will offer studio, one and two-bedroom apartments designed with an “industrial-chic aesthetic that reflects the creative energy of Liverpool’s renowned Baltic Triangle”.
The apartments will be let fully furnished and are available to reserve from £1,000 pcm. Redwing will manage marketing, lettings and property management in-house

Original warehouse features have retained and combined with modern finishes, including matte black fixtures, brushed metal details, quartz worktops, and integrated appliances. The refurbishment has also improved the building’s energy performance, with EPC ratings of B and C.
New residents will receive a ‘Simpson House Loyalty Card’ for Love Lane Brewery, giving them 20% off food and drink at one of the area’s most popular venues.
