Go Direct Lettings has launched two new Liverpool franchise opportunities following the brand’s success in other parts of Merseyside.

Having operated branches in Woolton and Wallasey for two years, the agency is now targeting North Liverpool and East Liverpool for its next openings.

Don Holmes, director of Go Direct Lettings which has a Wirral-based head office, says: “They are both very strong areas for growth and, from our perspective, would link us up.”

A North Liverpool branch would aim to cover from Pier Head in the city’s L2 area to as far as Little Crosby, while an East Liverpool office would deal with properties from Old Swan and West Derby to Prescot and Whiston.

Launching a search for franchisees to come forward and lead the new ventures, Don says while experience “would be helpful but not necessary,” the firm’s training and support would fully equip newcomers to manage a branch.

Meanwhile funding and an “extensive franchise pack” are available to help, with Go Direct’s team of Merseyside franchisees operating a supportive network.

Don adds: “We’d like to see the new branches open by spring/summer 2016.”
