A post-war building in Sefton Park has been developed into luxury apartments, and is set to launch on 12 April.
The 11-storey Belham Tower apartment block, which was built in 1959, is currently being given a new lease of life by Residential Regeneration Ltd and is due to be completed in October.
The major refurbishment will see 63 high-specification one, two and three-bedroom apartments become available to local investors and individual home buyers at the building, which is being marketed by IPS Invest.
Features include three garden apartments with picture windows on the ground floor, with all other apartments benefitting from a private balcony with panoramic views over the 250-acre grade II listed Sefton Park, Liverpool city centre and distant Wales.
From 12-13 April launch weekend, a sales cabin will be open from 10am until 4pm and will feature a working kitchen based on the specification for a two-bedroom property , and bathroom fixtures and fittings will also be on display.
Mike Johns, property and investment manager at IPS Invest, says: “We’re delighted to be bringing this building back to life after many years where the building has been empty and crying out for refurbishment.”
