Househunters with a bigger budget than most are in for a treat as a Crosby estate agent lists three mansions for sale with a combined value of £3.1 million.

The dream homes, which boast seafront views, swimming pools, gymnasiums, cinema rooms and other luxury amenities, have been brought to market by Berkeley Shaw this week.

Potential buyers would share the same exclusive postcode as Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard and Jamie Carragher, and would live within touching distance of private schools, the prestigious West Lancashire golf club, Crosby and Blundellsands rail station, and a thriving restaurant and bar scene.

It’s the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic that Berkeley Shaw has listed three houses with an average price of £1m at the same time.

The most expensive home, ‘Warren House’, is on the market for a whopping £1,495,000 and is the former summer residence of the Blundell family. It retains many of its period features and boasts quality fittings throughout.
