Developer showcases transformation of historic Liverpool office building into new apartments

Liverpool development firm, Legacie Developments has showcased its stunning transformation of Reliance House on the city’s iconic Water Street.

Previously home to various offices including the UK Border Agency and its team of workers, Legacie began its sensitive restoration of the building in 2017 and now, almost three years later, it has been transformed into quality residential apartments.

Legacie’s John Morley says he knew the company would be able to transform the structure into the stunning building, both in and out, that it was destined to be.

John adds: “For us it was clear, this was a beautiful historic building with so much potential just waiting to be tapped into.

“The location speaks for itself, with the waterfront on your door and numerous stunning views of the city including St Nicholas Church Gardens, we knew we could develop it into a quality apartment scheme to envy.

“We invested wisely to ensure the aesthetics were not compromised and we are proud to showcase what has been delivered.”

Elsewhere in the city, Legacie is pressing ahead with its Parliament Square project – with a major milestone being reached last month.

As work continues amidst new social distancing restrictions, two huge steel frames have been erected which give a first glimpse at how the new development will look.
