David Wilson Homes is nearing the completion of its Sundial Place development in Thornton, with just three house types remaining available.
The North Liverpool development, situated close to Crosby and the Sefton coastline, includes a mix of house types, with the remaining properties comprising the three-bedroom Woodbury and Hadley, alongside the four-bedroom Bradgate.
The Hadley is a detached property featuring an open-plan kitchen and dining area, separate lounge and three bedrooms, while the larger Bradgate includes four double bedrooms, a study and utility room.
The Woodbury is available through the Discount to Market scheme, which offers eligible purchasers a 20% reduction on the property’s market value.
To qualify, buyers must form a household of at least two people, including children, and either live or work in Sefton. The scheme is open to first and second-time buyers who do not currently own a property.
Sundial Place is located within reach of Thornton and neighbouring Crosby, with access to local schools, amenities and transport links.
Jennifer Burns, sales director at David Wilson Homes NW, says: “Sundial Place has been a successful development, and it’s a milestone moment that we’re down to the final homes. The Hadley can be moved into before Christmas, so we’d urge anyone thinking about a house move to get in touch with our sales team.
“The lifestyle on offer in Thornton is perfect for families of all ages, with its close proximity to Crosby Beach, while being just 25 minutes from Liverpool city centre.”
