Property firms and projects across the North West have been shortlisted for this year’s prestigious NWPAs.

The list of nominees for a host of accolades celebrating residential property success have been revealed ahead of the glittering 19 October ceremony.

Organisers have announced those in the running for categories including ‘Best Affordable Home to Rent or Buy’, ‘Regeneration Award’, ‘Best Student Landlord’, ‘Show Home of the Year’ and ‘Best New Home’.

Due to the strength and diversity of entries for this year’s new ‘Best New Home’ category, a trio of awards will be presented recognising all shapes and sizes with prizes for a small scheme, a mid-sized scheme and a large scheme.

Judges of this year’s awards include Elaine Cunningham, owner of Elaine Cunningham Design Studio; Alastair Shepherd, director of Falconer Chester Hall; and Lesley Martin-Wright, CEO of Knowsley Chamber.

There will also be categories celebrating a year of success in the commercial property sector, including ‘Best Commercial Scheme’.

A number of further awards categories have no shortlist with winners set to be announced on the evening, including ‘Best Property Law Firm’, ‘Residential Property Agency of the Year’, ‘Judges’ Special Award’, ‘Interactive Award’ and ‘Best Commercial Let’.

Countryside is the headline sponsor of this year’s event, which will take place in Lutyens Crypt at Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral, and Furnish That Room is sponsoring the drinks reception.
