An apartment block stretching up to 11 storeys could be built at Brunswick Business Park under new plans.

Applicant North West Industrial Estates Limited has submitted proposals for a residential scheme which also includes ground floor commercial space.

According to the planning application submitted to Liverpool City Council, the development would be built on land bounded by Brunswick Dock, Summers Road, Century Buildings (pictured) and an area of car parking associated with Brunswick Business Park.

The plans, designed by Falconer Chester Hall, feature a total of 240 apartments – made up of 76 one-bedroom and 164 two-bedroom units.
