A scheme to convert Liverpool city centre’s historic Chancery House into 37 new apartments will be brought to the market by City Residential.
Following recent planning approval for the Paradise Street development, between Liverpool ONE and the Baltic Triangle, the agent has been solely appointed to sell the new homes.
A conversion of the existing grade II listed building, will also incorporate an extension of the current car park as well as a roof top addition to provide penthouse properties.
