It has been described as one of the city’s most prestigious new apartment schemes – and buyers at the Chancery House development near Liverpool ONE have ex-Manchester United star Gary Neville to thank for their new homes.

The former England international footballer and Sky pundit, Gary Neville is a director on the board of property investment vehicle Zerum, which secured planning permission for 37 apartments and an extension at Chancery House on Paradise Street last month.

The owners of the building, a Cumbria-based group, used Zerum to manage the application, which was designed by local architect Falconer Chester Hall.

The impressive scheme has been labeled the most prestigious apartment scheme in the city by agent City Residential, which says enquiries for apartments have been registered before work has begun on the ambitious scheme.

The completed build includes 37 luxury apartments as well as a ground floor shop and artisan café. The apartments comprise one, two and three-bedroom layouts and the development includes a sympathetic rooftop extension and modern side extension to the existing building.
