The latest addition to Berry Street’s growing collection of bars and eateries arrived in style with a special launch event.

Rack & Dollar celebrated its recent opening in the city centre with a special evening of entertainment hosted by Johnny Bongo.

During the event, which showcased the venue’s American cuisine as guests were treated to canapés, live music was provided by seven-piece funk and soul band The Funky Nuts.

Some brave attendees also put their appetites to the test in food challenges on the night, with those who successfully defeated the feasts coming away with ‘winner’ t-shirts.

Meanwhile guests on the night also tried out the pool room at the new venue.
