An event to showcase the latest homes at Countryside’s long-running NGV Liverpool scheme has been hailed a success after three properties were reserved.

Throughout the weekend (7-8 November) potential buyers were invited to help mark the next phase by taking a closer look at new three-bedroom designs and revamped show homes at the ongoing regeneration project’s The Avenue site.

Reflecting on the two-day event at NGV Liverpool, which was first launched in 2012, the housebuilder is anticipating that its newest phase will be the most popular offering so far.

Peter Vella, regional sales and marketing director for the firm says: “The popularity of NGV Liverpool is evident in the overall success of the re-launch event over the weekend. It was great to see so many new faces join us in celebration of the next phase, with three guests eagerly securing their early bird reservations.

“The revamped show homes and freshly landscaped gardens went down a storm and, with more house designs thrown into the mix, this next phase is set to be our most popular yet.”
