Inaugural Help to Buy Show Liverpool to showcase new homes

Developers Riverside Home Ownership and Countryside Properties are among the latest experts to join the line-up for the first Help to Buy Show Liverpool.
During the 5 September event at the city’s BT Convention Centre, the two housing providers will join the likes of Redrow Homes, Jones Homes and David Wilson Homes to showcase some of the latest developments in the North West.
Hosted by the government appointed agent for Help to Buy North West, Plus Dane, the event will connect potential buyers with all the information they need to purchase an affordable home.
Riverside Home Ownership, the specialist leasehold and affordable homeownership division of Riverside Group, will offer information on schemes including its latest 10-home development in Wavertree, which will bring properties to the market through Shared Ownership.
David Robinson, marketing and communications officer at Riverside Home Ownership, says: “This is the first show of its kind in Liverpool and a great chance for us to offer quality
advice to the public and let people know about Riverside’s new developments in the region.”
Meanwhile Countryside Properties will be on hand to offer further information about its new Queen Mary Place scheme.
Peter Vella, regional sales and marketing director for Countryside, adds: “Buying a first home can be a daunting process, and we’ve found that speaking with an expert face-to-face
helps to provide buyers with the confidence and knowledge that they need to take those exciting first steps onto the property ladder.”
