Excellence in the North West property sector was celebrated at the revamped NWPAs last night (20 October) during a glittering ceremony at Lutyens Crypt in Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral.
Countryside, Abode, Redrow and Paul Crowley & Co Solicitors were among the winners at the event, which was sponsored by Forth Homes and presented by local actor, writer and comedian Neil Fitzmaurice.
Guests enjoyed a cocktail reception at the beginning of the evening before sitting down to a luxurious meal and the awards presentation, which was followed by live music from Phunk Phenomena.
Ahead of the sell-out event, a panel of esteemed judges comprising Elaine Cunningham, owner of Elaine Cunningham Design Studio; Eric Wright, partner at commercial agent Hitchcock Wright & Partners; Alastair Shepherd, director of architects Falconer Chester Hall; Leslie Martin-Wright, CEO of Knowsley Chamber of Commerce; James Glendenning, chief executive of the Greater Merseyside Learning Providers’ Federation (GMLPF) and Fiona Woodward-Kelly, owner of Woodward Kelly & Co Ltd, selected the winners across 12 categories.
Forth Homes was this year’s headline sponsor alongside category sponsors MSB Solicitors, Redrow Homes Lancashire and North West, UK Business Supplies, Bridging Finance, Yu Property Group, Countryside, Paul Crowley & Co, The Foundry Agency, PCS Law, Elliot Group and Redwing Living.
Furnish That Room and Precision Colour Printing sponsored the drinks reception.
