Legacie Developments has released the first images of a state-of-the-art rooftop spa located inside its £90 million Parliament Square scheme.
Jayde Spa boasts a swimming pool, gym and sauna, as well as a jacuzzi, relaxation zones and a plush bar offering panoramic views of Liverpool and beyond.
Parliament Square is the first tower to be built in the Baltic Triangle and features 505 apartments, a public park plaza plus 30,000 sq ft of commercial space.
The hi-spec, New York-style apartments have a huge waiting list after rapidly reaching 100% capacity, with the rooftop spa exclusive to residents only.
Legacie teamed up with international investment company RWInvest to promote the sale of the units and says the apartments have attracted international appeal – with 40% of buyers from Australia, China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
The 5,000 sq ft spa cost Legacie £2.5m to build, with institutional funding sources viewing the complex since completion and registering interest in future projects the developer has in the pipeline across the UK.
John Morley, founder and CEO of Legacie Developments, says: “We are delighted to have once again delivered a stunning build which makes Parliament Square one of the most desirable places to live in Liverpool. This is a game-changing development for the city.
“The finishing touches speak for themselves. We have already seen huge demand for the spa with residents taking advantage of the incredible facilities and the extraordinary panoramic views.
“Our vision was to create a world-class residential development on this site and the quality of the project underlines our commitment to delivering an exclusive residence for the people that live here.
“Jayde Spa is a real statement for the Legacie brand. It demostrates the quality of our work and is something we’re aiming to replicate in future developments in the region and beyond.”
