Hot Water’s Liverpool Comedy Festival takes over Blackstock Market this September promising “four days of cracking comedy, live music, entertainment, food, drink and fun all under one roof”.

The festival runs from Thursday, 3 September to Sunday, 6 September 2026. Tickets are on sale now.

Created, funded and delivered by the team behind the Hot Water Comedy Club, the brand-new festival has one simple aim – to celebrate everything that makes Liverpool one of the best comedy cities in the world.

The festival will feature more than 70 shows across several stages and performance spaces, including touring comedians, established names, live podcasts, mixed bills, emerging talent and one-off performances. The line-up will also include comedians from Liverpool and further afield.

Confirmed names include Tony Carroll, Jamie Hutchinson, Katie Tracey, Paul Smith, Ignacio Lopez, Adam Rowe, Rachel Fairburn, Danny McLoughlin, Phil Chapman, Ricky Tomlinson, Crissy Rock and Mick Miller with more to be announced.
