Liverpool-based property developer announces partnership with investment agency

Liverpool-based property developer Legacie Developments has announced a new partnership with investment agency, RWinvest.

Legacie, which has delivered a number of residential development schemes in the city, including Renshaw Street’s Ropemaker Place and Water Street’s Reliance House, is partnering with RWinvest to promote sales on its flagship £90 million Parliament Square scheme in the Baltic Triangle (pictured).

The appointment of RWinvest comes after a series of stalled developments in Liverpool and other parts of the country which have raised concerns around international investor confidence.

Legacie says RWinvest will help promote its track record and firmly position the company as a credible proposition with would-be investors.

John Morley, founder of Legacie Developments, says: “I am delighted to be working with RWinvest which has got off to a flying start in promoting Parliament Square amongst the international investment community.

“RWinvest have excellent networks and a highly successful track record of delivery for clients. I am confident that they will help to perfectly position Legacie with people seeking solid investment opportunities that provide significant returns.”

Michael Gledhill, director at RWinvest, adds: “RWinvest is working with Legacie to promote its successful track record as a developer that delivers. In the climate of concern surrounding certain stalled developments in Liverpool and other parts of the UK, this is essential.

“Liverpool is still seen as a strong destination for global investors and established companies such as Legacie Developments are ensuring that remains the case.”
