Work is scheduled to get underway on 200 Baltic Triangle apartments in October following the appointment of construction firm ISG.

The company will deliver the nine-storey development on Blundell Street, which will also include ground floor commercial space.

The one, two and three-bedroom homes are scheduled for completion in summer 2020.

The project is one of two North West schemes ISG is working on for build to rent developer Brickland, as the firm has also been appointed to work on two apartment towers in the Cornbrook area of Manchester.
