Luxury New Brighton apartments complete area’s regeneration

A luxury apartment development in New Brighton is now fully sold, completing the final phase of the area’s £60 million regeneration.

The success of The Prom apartments follows on from the redevelopment of Marine Point, which features restaurants, an eight-screen cinema, retail units, a hotel and a children’s play centre.

Developer Promenade Estates is behind the scheme which aims to put New Brighton firmly back on the Wirral tourism map, a market valued at almost £328m.

Daniel Hynd, director at Promenade Estates, says: “We’ve had an overwhelming interest in the development which is testament to the renewed popularity of New Brighton.

“The area has been transformed into a top leisure destination in Wirral which has played a significant part in the appeal of the new homes.

“This was the final phase for our vision of the area, so we’re delighted the apartments are now fully sold and that the tenants are enjoying their new homes and all that New Brighton has to offer.”

Located next to the Floral Pavilion Theatre on New Brighton Promenade, The Prom’s 24 units were sold out seven months after completion.
