Based in the heart of West Derby Village, Phi is a family-run restaurant with a truly authentic feel. Head chef Sura hails from Chiamge Mai in Northern Thailand – a province famed for its use of fresh herbs and spices in its cooking. Sura must be doing something right as even footballer Wayne Rooney has popped in for a plate of his ‘proper’ Thai grub.
