The development, which was proudly named ‘Best Affordable Housing Scheme’ at the YM Liverpool Property & Business Awards 2022, boasts an impressive 149 properties which are set to inject new life into the Netherton community.

Available through Affordable Rent, Rent to Buy and Shared Ownership tenures, the scheme includes a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom homes

One Vision Housing is a member of The Sovini Group, a construction, property, and facilities services company committed to creating opportunities and changing lives for customers and local communities.

Group partner Sovini Construction acquired the brownfield land in Netherton. Through successful collaboration with One Vision Housing and The Sovini Group’s commercial supply chain, the specialist contractor is working towards the development’s completion which is anticipated later this year.

Working in collaboration with Condy Lofthouse Architects, the development was constructed using a ‘fabric first’ approach that focuses on the reduction of energy consumption, through thermal efficiency and running costs.
