Leading lights from the Liverpool City Region’s property and business sectors celebrated a year of success on 30 November 2022 as the prestigious YM Liverpool Property & Business Awards returned.

Achievements were recognised during a lavish ceremony hosted by Liverpool-born star of stage and screen Claire Sweeney at the Hilton Hotel.

The accolades were presented across 17 categories ranging from Regeneration Award and Best Student Landlord to Property Agency of the Year and Innovation Award.

The black-tie event, headline sponsored by Greenwood Developments, featured a charity raffle in aid of Football For Change alongside the main presentation.

Nearly 300 guests enjoyed a pre-dinner drinks reception sponsored by Kennedy Consulting Services and Legacie Developments as well as a luxury three-course meal followed by a live DJ set.

Lawrence Saunders, editor of YM Liverpool, says: “I was delighted we were able to host this celebration almost two decades on from the magazine’s first awards and once again gather together leading lights from the region’s property and business sectors to reflect on another 12 months of remarkable achievements.

“This event has highlighted the very best of the region’s property sector ever since that first ceremony back in 2004 and, in the year which saw YM Liverpool publish its landmark 500th edition, we were thrilled to also honour members of the wider business community through a range of new categories.”
