A new mixed-use scheme in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle could create 257 apartments, if plans are given the go ahead.
Baltic 1041 Ltd is behind an application submitted to Liverpool City Council for the Norfolk Street and Watkinson Street project, which proposes a new part 20-storey and part 12-storey development in the area.
Liverpool based architect practice, Falconer Chester Hall has worked on plans for the scheme, which would also include an on-site residents’ gym, an ‘outdoor spa’, basement parking and landscaping.
A proposed ground floor office space has also been incorporated into the plans to make way for an ‘entrepreneurial hub’ in the district, which has become a well-known location for start-ups and creative firms.
