Applied Nutrition has secured planning permission from Knowsley Council for a new 84,000 sq ft global distribution centre and corporate headquarters, with construction commencing this week.

Upon completion, the development will increase the company’s total operational footprint to over 204,000 sq ft across its Liverpool-based facilities.

The new site, which is adjacent to the Group’s current location, represents a significant investment in the company’s long-term operational infrastructure and follows a record-breaking year of growth. Designed to support accelerating demand across both UK and international markets, the facility will act as Applied Nutrition’s central global distribution hub while housing its new headquarters.

The development will materially enhance warehousing capacity, fulfilment speed and operational efficiency, ensuring the business is positioned to scale alongside expanding retail partnerships and global e-commerce growth.
