A Beatles-themed hotel in Allerton with planning permission to be converted into three town houses is on sale for £1.3m.
The Liverpool Boutique Hotel, which has 13 rooms themed around the Fab Four, is currently being used as a hotel but the Allerton property does have planning permission to be converted into two four-bedroom and one five-bedroom town house for a buyer who wishes to invest.
Farrell Heyworth, which lists the hotel on its website, says: “The property would ideally suit those seeking to venture into the hotel industry or alternatively seeking an institutional/care facility. The owner has had approved planning permission for the property to also be legally split into two four bed and one five bed town houses.”
Planning permission for an extra four family rooms at the rear of the buildings has also been obtained by the current owner should the buyer wish to sell the triple-fronted property as individual homes.
Situated in the affluent South Liverpool area, the hotel offers rooms for £75 per night and every room is named after a member of the Beatles or one of the band’s hit songs.
