Curlett Jones Estates has completed the highest-value property transaction in its history after acting on the £13 million sale of a portfolio comprising 190 student properties across the North West and North East.
The Liverpool estate agency acted as selling agent on the deal, managing the process from instruction through to completion.
Curlett Jones was established in 2020 and operates across residential sales, lettings and property investment.
Alan Jones, managing director of Curlett Jones, says: “This completion is a significant milestone for Curlett Jones and one that the whole team can be incredibly proud of.
“At £13 million, it is the highest-value sale we have ever completed as a business, and being trusted to act on the sale of a portfolio comprising 190 properties is a fantastic reflection of the experience and expertise we have built within the business.
“Transactions of this scale require a detailed understanding of the investment market, strong communication throughout the process and the ability to manage a complex portfolio sale through to completion.
“Our team worked hard to keep the transaction moving and to ensure the process was managed carefully from start to finish, and we’re delighted to have achieved this result for our client.”
Curlett Jones has offices on Crosby Road North in Waterloo and Lord Street in Southport, as well as a base in Newcastle upon Tyne.
