A new Rainhill development has been launched by Countryside, bringing 89 two, three and four-bedroom homes to the market.

Work has been underway to build Stephenson Grove for the past 12 months, after feedback from a survey of home buyers’ needs was exclusively incorporated into the designs.

According to Countryside, spacious and modern open-plan layouts were at the top of buyers’ lists of priorities, along with character and plenty of space for both storage and entertainment.

Peter Vella, regional sales and marketing director for Countryside, says: “The launch of the new collection at Stephenson Grove marks the beginning of a new era for Countryside. By placing the customer at the heart of the design process, we have been able to tailor and evolve our new homes for both families and first time buyers alike.”

The properties, which start from £144,950 and are available through the government-backed Help to Buy scheme, also feature larger windows to allow more natural light and redesigned kitchens and bathrooms.
