Downing has transformed the first floor of its Eden Square West development, on Hatton Garden, into a mixture of one and two-bedroom units.

The redevelopment is being led by Bay Downing, son of the company’s founder and owner George Downing. Bay is continuing his father’s legacy at Eden Square, which Downing built in 2008 as part of a £15.7 million project, including the construction of the deepest underground car park in Liverpool city centre.

With floor to ceiling glazing, the apartments offer spacious mezzanine layouts with open plan living and kitchen space, a utility room and bathroom. All of the two-bedroom apartments feature an en suite bathroom.
