Bellway staff on Merseyside have been praised for their ‘dedication and passion’ by CEO Jason Honeyman after the company was named as a 5-star homebuilder for the 10th year in a row, based on feedback from customers.

The accolade is awarded based on responses to the National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey. New‑build buyers complete the survey twice after purchasing their home, at eight weeks and again at nine months. The award is determined using a combined score that reflects both build quality and the level of service received.

Jason says: “I am delighted that Bellway has been awarded the prestigious HBF 5-star homebuilder status for the tenth year running. This accolade is especially meaningful because it is based on the feedback from our customers, making it the most important recognition we can receive.

Bellway North West is building new homes at developments across Merseyside, including Lydiate Gate in Lydiate and Halewood Oaks in Halewood. Bellway is also building under its Ashberry Homes brand at The Acorns in Halewood.
