Integritas Property Group announces latest Liverpool apartment scheme

Liverpool-based property developer Integritas Property Group (IPG) has today (18 March) unveiled its latest project, Westminster Point.

Located at Bevington Bush, Westminster Point will feature 200 apartments, including 60 studios, 100 one-bedroom units, and 40 two-bedroom units. Designed with “contemporary elegance and premium finishes”, IPG says the apartments will cater to the city’s growing population of “professionals, students, and investors seeking high-yield opportunities”.

Standout features include a keyless entry system for all blocks, contemporary fitted kitchens, a manned concierge desk, and CCTV monitoring.

Mitch Walsh, CEO of IPG, adds: “IPG prides itself on delivering high-quality, ethical developments that support local communities. Westminster Point is another example of our unwavering commitment to excellence, transparency, and collaboration with investors, landowners, and construction partners.

“With high rental yields, a young and growing population, and a city that’s undergoing an incredible transformation, Westminster Point is an unmissable investment opportunity. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, an investor seeking strong returns, or a professional looking for premium city-centre living, Westminster Point is the perfect place to call home.”

Construction is set to begin in Q3 2025, with completion expected in Q2 2027. Abrey Construction has been appointed to lead the development, working alongside architects Footprint Design.
