Entries for the prestigious YM Liverpool Property & Business Awards 2025 are now officially open.
Leading lights from the Liverpool City Region’s property and business sectors will gather at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre on 27 November 2025 to once again reflect on another 12 months of achievements.
Accolades will be handed out across a diverse range of categories including Property Developer of the Year, Best Affordable Housing Scheme, Residential Property Agency of the Year, Business Leader of the Year and LCR Business of the Year.
November’s event follows three highly successful, sold-out ceremonies after a break enforced by the COVID-19 pandemic. To continue recognising as many great people and businesses that contribute to making the Liverpool City Region one of the best places in the UK to live and work, the organisers have introduced four new categories for 2025 – taking the total number of awards to 23.
The Property Marketing Team of the Year award will honour the marketing team which has delivered exceptional initiatives, strategies and campaigns to support both new and existing property developments in the Liverpool City Region.
Next, the Commercial Property Law Team of the Year award celebrates a legal team in the Liverpool City Region that has demonstrated excellence in commercial property law – advising on complex deals while consistently delivering efficient and effective service to its clients
Meanwhile, the Best Student Accommodation Development prize honours a high-quality new, refurbished or existing student accommodation development in the region, recognising excellence in design, sustainability and the overall student living experience.
Finally, Development Funder of the Year will highlight a development finance company whose expertise and support has contributed to the construction of a significant residential and/or commercial scheme here in the Liverpool City Region.
Last year’s awards recognised outstanding people, projects, and businesses from across the Liverpool City Region during a glittering ceremony hosted by Liverpool-born stage and screen star Claire Sweeney.
The glamorous black-tie event, supported by sponsors BreezeMove, Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, Redwing, Bright Sky Contracting, Paul Crowley & Co Solicitors, Liverpool Student Lettings, Sandway Homes and The Momentum Group, featured a special Q&A with renowned UK property pioneer Hugh Frost of the Beetham Organization.
