With this in mind, the Landlord and Property Show returns to the region bringing a wealth of free, up-to-date advice and information from top industry experts.
From the arrival of Liverpool’s mandatory landlord licensing scheme to newly introduced pension freedoms
opening up property opportunities to a whole new range of investors, it’s an ideal time for both new and experienced landlords to make sure they’re up to scratch on how the industry works.
Now in its seventh year, the Merseyside Landlord and Property Show will make it easy to get the lowdown on all aspects of the rental sector as it brings together a comprehensive range of exhibitors under one roof.
Property, interiors, legal and financial industry insiders will be on hand at the 24 October event at Liverpool’s waterfront BT Convention Centre, which is sponsored by Paul Crowley & Co Solicitors, to answer queries from seasoned landlords to those venturing into buy-to-let for the first time.
Seminars will also take place throughout the day offering top tips and information on hot topics in the lettings sector, from making sound property investments, saving on tax and being insured to marketing properties online and dealing with tenant eviction.
