EVENT | Farewell fireworks for popular summer venue
The Baltic Triangle’s Botanical Garden will end its fourth summer season with a bang as its closing party takes place on Saturday 29 September.
A firework spectacular is promised alongside free ice cream donut sandwiches from Hotbox Donuts and DJ sets.
ART | Celebrate psychedelic art after hours
From 6.30-9.30pm tonight (28 September) you can explore Tate Liverpool’s new Op Art in Focus exhibition alongside hands-on workshops, talks and DJ sets.
The gallery’s Op Art Party will also see Tate Café serve up a street food menu as visitors enjoy the collection of psychedelic artworks from the 1960s to today.

The free to enter Junkhouse’s Market is heading to the city centre landmark on Saturday (29 September) from 11am-6pm.
Food and drink stalls are lined up for the event alongside top fashion traders including sellers from Depop and ASOS Marketplace, and there’ll be a live reggae DJ.
