Luxury apartment and party pad specialist, iStay Liverpool, is preparing to open a new bar in the Cavern Quarter.
‘Tres’ will be located beneath iStay’s Uno building on Temple Court – in the space formerly known as Maida Vale.
Ann Chambers, the Kirkby-born director of iStay, says the new venue will serve hotel guests, as well as the general public, and she hopes to open sometime after 17 May – coinciding with Step 3 on the government’s roadmap out of lockdown.
Ann adds: “We are so thrilled to be launching our new venture Tres, as this will mean our guests will be able to enjoy drinks and cocktails with us for the whole evening, or as part of their night out.
“Tres is conveniently located under our Temple Court development and adds another bolt-on to our offerings in the city.
“We welcome guests from all over and with this year sure to be the most popular for staycations, we wanted to offer something more for guests.
“The bar will host events for clients like cocktail masterclasses as well as being open to the general public, too.”
As Liverpool prepares itself for an influx of visitors, iStay Liverpool is anticipating that its new bar launch will bring further success – complimenting its portfolio of luxury short stay apartments.
With more sites in the pipeline, Ann adds: “We have been established just over two years now and the first years in business could not have been more different, with the pandemic hitting everyone over the last year or so.
“My team has been fantastic and continued to work on projects behind the scenes, putting in the work so we could come back stronger than ever.
“2021/22 looks fantastic for the hospitality industry in Liverpool as the city aims to make up for many key events recently missed, and the iStay Liverpool brand aims to be a big part of this.”
