The majority of apartments at Neptune Investments’ The Prom @ New Brighton development have now been sold, despite almost a month to go before the launch takes place.
According to the developer, just a “few” of the 24 properties remain, ahead of two show apartments being unveiled on 10 April.
The scheme, featuring one and two-bedroom properties with ‘winter balconies’ as well as three and four-bedroom roof terraces with roof terraces offering waterfront views, is said to have been well received by buyers so far.
Sue Taylor, of agent Almond Properties which is marketing The Prom @ New Brighton, says: “We have been amazed by the response from buyers on this long awaited development. We realised that people had been waiting for a development of this calibre, offering luxury accommodation with the superb lifestyle that New Brighton has to offer.”
The apartment scheme is the final phase of a £60 million masterplan, following the regeneration of Marine Point which features restaurants, an eight-screen cinema, retail units, a hotel and a large children’s play centre.
Daniel Hynd, of Neptune Investments, adds: “The level of demand from people wanting to live here is testament to the renewed popularity of the resort.
“Once the building is completed, it represents the completion of our plans for the area, but there is certainly the demand from purchasers of new properties in the area, which will hopefully encourage further investment in new developments to build on the success the town is currently enjoying.”
