The transformation of Edge Lane Retail Park into the new Liverpool Shopping Park is well on track, according to the developer behind the scheme.
New pictures released by The Derwent Group show steel structures from the first phase of construction are now in place.
Phase one, also known as the Western Quarter, includes 17 retail units arranged in a horseshoe shape which front on to Edge Lane.
The £100 million scheme will comprise 41 retail units, a “significant” leisure offer, parking for more than 1,500 cars and could create in excess of 3,000 new jobs.
Work on Liverpool Shopping Park, which is due to open at the end of 2017, is being undertaken by Caddick Construction.
