M People star Heather Small says she “can’t wait” to perform all of her greatest hits at the Knowsley Social on Friday 21 May.
As part of M People, Heather had hits such as ‘Moving On Up’, ‘One Night In Heaven’, ‘Search For The Hero’ and ‘Proud’, and is set to belt them out at a special concert at the forthcoming Knowsley Social festival.
For one night only, the double-BRIT Award winning artist will be the headline act on the Knowsley Social stage in the grounds of the historic Knowsley estate.
The Knowsley Social will run across nine weeks, starting in May, offering a packed programme of entertainment in a big top tent comprising 200 pods which can each fit up to six people.
Sam Divine and The Shapeshifters, Craig Charles, The Real Thing, FIVE, 911 and the Ibiza Philharmonic Orchestra are amongst some of the other big name acts on the line-up.
Speaking ahead of her performance, Heather Small says: “I can’t wait to perform at the Knowsley Social. People are going to be in for a great night. I’m looking forward to playing all the greatest hits.”
Danny Thompson, co-founder of the Knowsley Social, adds: “We’ve got a packed programme of amazing entertainment, big name performers and events including Heather Small, Sam Divine and The Shapeshifters, and a whole lot more.
“There is huge interest in the Knowsley Social and we’re very much looking forward to the opening weekend in May. We’re urging people to book now to avoid disappointment.”
