A new single-storey café could be built on a plot of vacant land in Liverpool under new plans.
An application has been put forward to Liverpool City Council for the proposed food and drink development, which could be built on the corner of Kinglake Street and Wavertree Road.
If approved, the eatery would be located within a predominantly residential area and a planning document put together by Optimising Spaces on behalf of the applicant says: “The style is to reflect the existing buildings, matching in regards to the materials used.
“The materials have been selected to make the building discreet in appearance, blending into the street scene.”
Plans for the café show an indoor seating area along with a small outdoor seating space.
