Ambitious proposals for a 34-storey residential tower block on the Liverpool waterfront have been unveiled.
The planned £80 million development by Moda Living, known as Princes Reach, features 300 apartments alongside communal areas for residents.
Moda, which has partnered with Apache Capital Partners on the scheme, provided information on the development to local residents and businesses at a public engagement event held at the Radisson Blu hotel on Old Hall Street.
Display boards at the event showed buildings that are being used as a basis for inspiration for the Liverpool Waters tower, including the Rockefeller Center and Empire State Building.
Princess Reach is part of Peel Group’s proposed £5.5 billion Liverpool Waters plan which aims to transform Liverpool’s northern docks with apartments, offices, leisure developments and shops.

“The public exhibition provides an ideal opportunity to discuss these plans with those who live and work in the city and care about its future as much as we do.”
A detailed planning application for Princes Reach is expected in May.
