Sutton Kersh has promoted John Evans to the position of head of block management.

John has been with the estate agents since 2010 and is also a member of the Charted Institute of Housing.

He will be responsible for a team of eight within the block management department that is responsible for collecting service charge and maintaining a number of developments across the region, including Princes Dock, West Tower and Kings Dock Mill.
