New homes warranty and building control provider Premier Guarantee has announced the appointment of David Swigciski as its new managing director.

Reporting to Stephen Worrall, CEO of HSB UK and Ireland, Swigciski will lead the development and progress of the Wirral-based firm.

In addition to driving business growth, he will also focus on strengthening technical and service capabilities to provide an enhanced customer experience.

Previously director of client service at DAS UK Group, Swigciski succeeds Jacki Goodman, who retired at the end of 2023, and brings with him 20 years’ of specialist insurance experience.

At DAS, Swigciski led on a number of strategic and operational improvements for specialty insurance businesses, situated in the engineering, marine and power and construction sectors.
